prime location friendly staff fresh towels

I was charmed by the hotel's prime location, just a short walk from major attractions. the tram was conveniently close by. the staff was particularly friendly and always ready to help with directions and suggestions. i liked that the rooms were cleaned daily and provided fresh towels.

the location is excellent, very close to major attractions. the staff were very helpful and friendly. i found the hotel clean. i appreciated the taxi service booked for us, it was very professional.

the air conditioning was quite low during the day.

acceptable location but room had issues

moldy shower dirty sheets

the location was acceptable and convenient to main attractions.

the room was smaller than expected. the shower had mold and did not drain properly. the bed was not properly made and had black lint on the sheets, therefore, i question it's cleanliness.
